Mole Treatment (Nevus)

Moles, also known as nevi, can be treated surgically or with lasers. Moles to be removed with lasers should be benign. Epidermal and dermal nevi can be treated with lasers, while lesions with very deep roots and skin cancers should be surgically excised.

Benign moles can be treated with CO2 laser without leaving a scar in a single session. The characteristic feature of CO2 laser is its ability to treat moles in a single session without leaving a mark.
